About Planning Permit
PROCEDURE FOR STAGE CERTIFICATION

1. | LASPPPA submits all Planning Permit to LASBCA for monitoring | 2 Weeks of granting Approval |
2. | Pre-start meeting with the Applicant and the District Head (DH) | 15 pages & above |

Checklist for Stage Inspection issued to the Applicant, such as:
i). Construction plans and specification compliance with the relevant standards e.g. Planning Standard and Building Code. |
Pre-start meeting or at LASBCA’s discovery of contravention and stops work till compliance. |
ii). All relevant conditions of granting Planning Permit. | Pre-start meeting or at LASBCA’s discovery of contravention and stops work till compliance. | |
iii). Payment of Stage Certification Fees (35% of Planning Permit Processing Fee). | Prior to Commencement of construction or at stage LASBCA discovers development. | |
iv). Confirmation of the issuance of Form ‘C’ with the Planning Permit’ v). To ensure work will be undertaken by Registered Professionals in the built industry vi). Completion of Form ‘C’ for Certificate for Completion and Fitness for Habitation with details of Professionals involved in the construction work. |
Stage completion of Form ‘C’ throughout the duration of the Project. | |
v). Submission of Insurance Certificate in case of building of 3-floors and above. |
